COVID-19 UPDATE

COVID-19 Update

Blaine County plans to tighten the Self Isolation Order restrictions in an effort to slow the spread of coronavirus locally. Due to this change, ArborCare Resources will halt all field operations starting Monday, the 30th. We will remain shut down through Friday, April 10th. We are eager to protect and preserve your trees and shrubs, but we understand and support this action to protect our community.

We will continue to monitor the situation in Blaine County and adjust our operations accordingly. We will be available by phone or email, and encourage you to contact us if there is a need. We are thankful for your continued support through these difficult times and look forward to when we can get back to business as usual.

Sincerely,

ArborCare Resources

LED Holiday Lighting

LED Holiday Lighting

Our specialized equipment and expertise in accessing trees lends itself to installing and maintaining holiday lights. We recommend draping around trees instead of wrapping branches because it is less likely to girdle the tree in the short term (2-5 years). Proactive removal and adjustment is the key to avoiding irreversible tree injury. Holiday lights should never be considered a permanent decoration. New systems left on the tree year-round will last 3-5 years before needing replacement. We use commercial grade LED lights that are energy efficient and durable.

Trout Friendly Turf Program

Trout Friendly Turf Program

Our Turf department continues to expand and advance to represent the best in the industry. Our custom programs use ArborCare Special-T®, a compost tea combined with nutrients (nitrogen, iron, etc.) and other additives as needed, for each site. Weed control is client-driven with options including 100% herbicide free, spot-spraying, and more extensive applications when necessary. We continue to emphasize sustainable soil health practices such as aeration and top-dressing with organic compost. Furthermore, we have partnered with the Certified Trout Friendly program launched by the Wood River Land Trust. The Program promotes simple steps residents can take in their yards to conserve water and protect water quality and local fisheries. We can assist you with sustainable lawn care services in order to obtain Trout Friendly certification for your property. For more information, CLICK HERE
