Bill and Kris Josey founded ArborCare Resources, Inc. in the spring of 1997 with a pickup, a chipper, a sprayer, and a clear goal: to provide the highest-quality tree and shrub care to residents of the Wood River Valley. From the beginning, that goal has been achieved through proper pruning practices, integrated pest and disease management, and a knowledgeable, professional staff.

In December 2025, ArborCare Resources, Inc. entered its next chapter when the company was acquired by ArborCare Experts, LLC—led by longtime ArborCare team members Jeff Beacham and Kelsey Paxson. Both Jeff and Kelsey built their careers at ArborCare, bringing decades of hands-on experience, deep institutional knowledge, and a shared commitment to the company’s founding values. Their transition from dedicated employees to owners reflects a true continuation of ArborCare’s legacy.

Together, Jeff and Kelsey bring more than 30 years of combined arboriculture experience and lead the company with a strong focus on professional tree care, exceptional customer service, and industry best practices.

Since its inception, ArborCare has remained dedicated to delivering the highest-quality, environmentally responsible services to our customers—and their trees.

While the company has grown and evolved over the years, our core principles remain the same.
